Tipsy Wheels is a woman-owned, fully insured, dry-hire mobile bartending service based in Westmoreland County, PA proudly serving events throughout Pittsburgh and beyond. Our dry-hire approach allows us to provide everything you need for an exceptional bar experience, except for the alcohol itself. From professional bartenders and beautiful bar setups to mixers, garnishes, custom cocktail menus, and more, we take care of the details so you can enjoy your event. For clients who don’t need full-service bar packages, we also offer bartender-only services! We believe the difference is in the details. Every event is thoughtfully planned with close attention to presentation, efficiency, and guest experience. Whether we’re serving an intimate celebration, wedding, corporate event, or a large scale gathering, our goal is to make the beverage service seamless while creating an experience your guests will always remember.

Hi, I’m Carina, owner and founder of Tipsy Wheels Mobile Bar Service. With nearly a decade of bartending and hospitality experience, I’ve always loved the energy behind a great bar - crafting cocktails, connecting with new people, and being a part of moments worth celebrating. I founded Tipsy Wheels in 2023 with a vision to bring more elevated, personalized bar experiences directly to weddings & other private events throughout Pittsburgh and beyond. What began as a passion for bartending has grown into a full-service mobile bar company built around thoughtful details, exceptional service, and memorable guest experiences. From your initial inquiry to the final pour, my team and I are committed to making the bar one of the easiest and most enjoyable parts of planning your event. When I’m not behind the bar or working on Tipsy Wheels, you’ll find me spending time at Deep Creek Lake with my husband and 2 little ones. I can’t wait to help bring your celebration to life. Cheers!
